Professional Experience:
As Dy. Chief Engineer (Production)

Since year 2006 as Head of department (Production) in Methanol group having Methanol Plant (190 MTPD) and Methylamine Plant (15 MTPD) with process operation & control by DCS and major unit processes involved are catalytic reformation, catalytic synthesis & distillation.
Currently entrusted to manage & execute Methanol revamp project to augment the manufacturing capacity with new state of art reformer & turbine driven synthesis gas compressor.
Responsible for production/process performance, energy optimization, trouble shooting & technical services and product quality.
Shutdown planning & execution with all discipline team.
Responsible for ISO 14001, ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18000 system at Methanol.
Visualization, planning & execution of various production performance enhancing scheme.


Junior Engineer/ Asst. Plant Manager/ Plant Manager (Production)

Working since 1991 in Dimethyl Formamide group of plants comprising of Dimethyl Formamide (2500 MTPA), Methylamines (5000 MTPA), Dimethyl Formamide (4000MTPA) with various reactors, synthesis, distillation, storage, loading operations.
Responsible for production/process performance, Optimization, troubles shooting & technical services and product quality.
Shutdown planning & execution with all discipline team.
Responsible for ISO 14001, ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18000 system at Dimethyl Formamide group of plants.

Significant Achievements:

Commissioning of membrane unit for hydrogen gas recovery for methanol
production enhancement in June 2006.

Responsible for achieving ISO 9001 at factory level in year 2006 & other standards such as ISO 14001 in year 2002 & OHSAS 18000 in year 2004.

Operational/commissioning Expertise in Various Chemical Processes:
Methanol production process with Associated gas as feed stock through catalytic reformation, Catalysis Synthesis & Tri- column Distillation process.
Methylamines production process including catalytic synthesis, purification through distillation & loading & storages
Dimethyl Formamide, Dimethyl Acetamide.
