Prepare daily performance summaries to monitor plant performance includes studying laboratory tests reports , standard log sheets and other daily operating activity reports and compiling information for supervisor’s review .
• Highlights abnormalities and advise supervisor on corrective action for discussion.
• Supervising shift operations including safe start-up and shut-down operations
• Operating all the plant through DCS & PLC systems .
* Leading and evaluating of shift production crew (technician & operators) to execute operations and safety instructions .
* Preparing a shift report including production rates, maintenance works, evaluation of the production crew, and plant Shut-Downs cases and its reasons, etc..
* Operating rotary machines.
* Storage and loading of LPG and Condensate products.
* Determination of the optimum operating conditions. Making orders to execute the operation instructions to meet the products' specifications.
* Providing directs engineering support to operations and assists with trouble-shooting and process improvement.
* Administering the operations permit to work system.
* collect monthly plant production and operating data , evaluates unit efficiencies by relating chemical and energy consumption to plant throughput
