Planning & Budget Management
 Developed the Market Optimization Tool (MOT) for CNG Business to facilitate the risk assessment in a regulated environment.
 Handling the budget development process that serves as a blueprint for the organization.
 Involved actively in preparing strategic business and project planning model, forecasting and balancing of CNG sales volumes.
 Budgeting OPEX and CAPEX for the CNG business and reviewing issues related to prices, margin, risk and opportunities.
 Analyzing variances with historical business plan exercise and assumptions.
 Analyzing the system-generated report for various business segments and take corrective action for positive performance.

Business Development / Marketing
 Identification of strategic business opportunities - Establishing new pockets for revenue growth, developing market development plans and driving business volumes.
 Core team member for making strategic business plans for CNG Group.
 Charting out the marketing plan for the CNG Group.
 Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve long term targets.
 Spearheaded the Car Market Development Project – “It takes two to tango” which resulted to significant CNG volume growth.
 Utilizing market information & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
 Appointing market research firms for surveys & strategic planning for various business segments.
 A complete environmental analysis to identify the changes that can indirectly influence.

Contracts Management
 Identifying new entrepreneurs for CNG retail outlets and signing long term contracts for allotting franchisee-ship of the outlets.
