Financial Accountant:
Assure appropriate invoices recording.
Ensure accurate accounts payable processes are followed.
Maintain a clean bank reconciliation
Manage and control accounts receivable.
Maintain reconciled suppliers account
Maintain appropriate booking and control over Shareholders invoices and payments
Control over Affiliates' balances and related parties transactions.
Ensure complying with statutory requirement i.e. Income Tax & SI Authorities.
Assure sub ledgers are reconciled.
Ability to provide explanation for actual expenditures.
Month end Closing and participate in Year end closing.
Assure accounts are analyzed and reconciled i.e. Employees advances & Suppliers Prepayment.
Participate in the month-end closing.
Ensure timely issuance of Marine invoices is achieved.
Ensure timely collection of Marine revenues is achieved.
Work with non-accountants throughout the business.
Check, challenge and input information into Oracle Financials.
Ensure daily transaction are in accordance with financial polices and manuals.
Assure efficient payment process and well documentation.
Clear and well analyzed accounting records
Assure timely payment of statutory obligation
2.Financial Accounting System.
Optimizing the use of the financial integrated system and Payroll system.
Identifying system development while dealing with Financial integrated system
Handling system issues to assure appropriate recording system
Efficient use of electronic banking system
