Achievements, Activities & and Memberships

• 2005 – 2007: Working in Robot Projects for MOE (Ministry of education) co-operated with SQU (Engineering for kids projects).
• Organized a workshop in learning robotics building structure and programming using RoboLab program for mechanical engineering students at squ (teaching programming portion plus preparing the course contents).
• Organized two workshops in learning robotics building structure and programming using RoboLab program for a group of teachers at Curriculums Development Center at MOE
• Group organizing for first national robotics competition (April 2007).

• 2005 – 2006 Joining the Society of Mechanical Engineering (SME)
• 20 Feb 2006 : active participation in the Open Day for Voluntary Work
• 2006 – 2007: Leading the membership committee at SME.
• September, 2002: Joining Sultan Qaboos University.
• 1998: Leading the Science Society at the property school, leading the journalism society and be as a member in scout school society, all at the same time.

Industrial Trainings & Internships:

14th Jan-25th Jan 2003: Sultan Qaboos University (SQU)

• Training in modeling, designing and realizing, a hand press project was done.

6th June-12th July 2006: Petroleum Development Oman (PDO)

• During this period three safety courses was taken, they were (Safety induction course (HSE), H2S course and STOP course (Safety Training Observation Program) add to that field experience and technical skills earned.
• Get introduced to the major departments at Nimr Area: Maintenance, Production and Engineering Departments
• Familiarly with industry codes, recommended practices, and guidelines including was learned i.e. (ASME B31.3).

28th Nov & 6th Oct 2006: Oman Refinery Company (ORC) & Sohar Refinery Company (SRC)
• During this period Safety in Refineries was studied and the latest technologies in safety in that domain, done as a project for Industrial Safety course at SQU.

Curriculum Projects

• Bipedal Walking Robot, as a final year project, encompasses various aspects of mechanical, robotics, simulation, fabrication, electronics and software.
• Inspection capsule “down hole logging tool”, modeling and designing.
• Car Jack, modeling and designing.

• 2002 – 2007 Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, from Sultan Qaboos University, (GPA: 2.66 /4)
• 1990 – 2002 Excellent performance in elementary school of grade of 90 %and in secondary school of 93.68%.
