Taking care of safety to acheive the LTI free milestones in my project. Ensure the implementation of HSE requirments as per HSEMP and HSE MS.

1.To provide direction to the Line management with regards to HSE Matters and advise on the implement of the HSE Plan for the Project activities.
2. Monitors the implementation of Project HSE Plans and maintains the necessary records. Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports as required for the Project.
3. Ensuring company and Subcontractor personnel have attended the mandatory Contractor and Client HSE training courses.
4. Conducting in-house and Project HSE inspections and audits including Subcontractors activities.
5. Identify any areas of environmental protection shortfalls and advise on appropriate controls.
6. Monitor the activities involving potential environmental damage and advise the Line management on corrective actions or appropriate control measures.
7. Monitor the Safety and Environmental issues associated with the Project and ensure compliance to applicable Standards including ISO 14001.
8. Review the short term planning for HSE critical activities and advice the project team on working procedures and methods to ensure correct HSE execution of these critical activities.
9. Participating in external HSE audits of the Project.
10. Liaison with the senior management on all HSE related matters.
11. Conducting emergency response drills and exercises.
12. Developing HSE promotional materials and programmes.
13. Preparation and presentation of training materials for training personnel in Safety, Environmental issues and emergency response.
14. Interacting with the Line Managers, Supervisors and the corporate team on the day -to-day HSE requirements.
15. Encourage discussions on safe working procedures/attitudes.
16. Investigate, analyze and report all incidents and near misses disseminate learning lessons.
17. Preparing weekly and monthly HSE topics and presenting these to all Project Staff/Contractors.
18. Completing all incident reports as per Contractor and Clients procedures.
19. Attend Client and Contractor HSE meetings.
20. Assist in preparing JHA’s, JSA's and ensure implementation on the Project.
21. Advise the Line management on Occupational Health and Hygiene and Environmental issues that relate to Contractor and Subcontractors.
