On-Shore & Off-Shore Business Manager - (PJC) Project/Construction department.
• In charge to study and prepare several call for tender project, in term of revamping & construction - On & Off-shore project, Cost, Planning, Engineering, QA/QC, HSE and procurement, requested by the Site off-shore Manager and Operation director.
• Coordinator for the safety sequences in order to maximize safety HSE aspect by SIMOPS.
• Cordoned and valid in up-stream the call for tender, after to have revue the Technical & lump sun commercials tender.
• Constitutes the focus for defining project constructability dossier & policy such as (RLO – ARO – MTO - Planning) and maintains a status log for all open constructability inputs, directly to the head PJC services Director.
• Provides feedback to all concerned, processes and monitors the implementation of new constructability inputs and maintains a log of "lessons learned" for each project (transfers the Feed Back the final Handover project to DO & DG

October 2008 to October 2009 – TECHNIP Paris
TECHNIP - Ras Gas Tr6 /7 & AKG2 Project (Qatar) – 4 Billions of dollars
Deputy Turnover Manager of Train 6 – 7 & AKG 2 for CTJV - Technip section Project.
• In charge would oversee the entire turn-over activities of Pre-commissioning for Technip portion.
• Coordinate workforce (Production, Field Engineers, Quality Control and Management) based on priority systems issue by Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Team and follow-up with planning team.
• Supply Construction status of turn-over progress reports.
• Implement and maintain turn-over and punch database in Winpcs software.
• Prepare turn-over books for submission to complete any corrections from the client after review.
• Completion and tracking of punch items, including the (ITP) Inspection Test Plan.
• Communicate with Construction Management Team of Joint Walk downs.
Work Force: 2 Ingénieurs Turnover – 10 WINPCS Opérateur Ingénieur.
