At ConocoPhillips Indonesia Inc. Ltd at Offshore Natuna FPSO as Lead Operator Gas Plant. I have responsibility on Operation of Gas Compression System, Gas Treatment ,Gas Processing, LPG Fractination,& Propane, Butane Treating .

Professional Process Experiences :

1. Modification, Improvement and Trouble Shooting Aldehide distillation tower to increase separation degree distillation tower
2. Modification, Improvement and Trouble Shooting 2 (two) mixed flow reactor in order to safe operation and consumption of NaOH catalyst by making Recycle NaOH from evaporator to Reactor.
3. Modification, Improvement and Trouble Shooting reciprocating compressor in order to minimize UN scheduled shutdown.
4. Modification, Improvement and Trouble Shooting, vacuum ejector in order to increase vacuum performance by changes check valve type and increase size of condenser.
5. Supervise loading and unloading of hydrogenation catalyst reactor
6. Supervise loading and unloading of reformer tube catalyst
7. Construction, Precomissioning, Commissioning & start up Octanol plant and perform Guarantee running test (GTR)
8. Change absorbent chemical on sweetening gas plant i.e. MEA to MDEA
9. Additional membrane stage in gas separation section to increase H2 product
10. Additional Suction separator in Synthesis gas Compressor to minimize liquid entrance to compressor.
11. Suggested Install gas trapped in amine inlet pocket line to amine contactor to remove heavy hydrocarbon and liquid mercury automatically .
12. Suggested to improved procedure starting/stopped on expander/compressor to minimize leakaged on coolbox exchanger due to thermal stressed.
13. Suggested to change Instrument air system to minimize oil and water carry over to regulator of Control valves, Shutdown valve solenoide that caused the equipment can’t worked properly.
