Finance or Accounts Officer

• Making projection and recommendations for the strategic use of project funding.
• Produce regular financial reports and inform staff about budget and operating plans.
• Providing financial reports and analysis for management and optimal decision making.
• Overseeing the preparation of regular financial statements as needed to monitor operations.
• Maintaining accounting records, bank accounts and prepare balance sheet, account reconciliations and financial statements.
• Reviewing and approving all check requests, expense claimed, banking procedures and fund transfers.
• Overseeing all aspects of local staff payroll and record keeping for employees.
• Write and file finance related correspondence and organize filling.
• Liaison with the banks and other departments.
• Reply to vendor’s queries and management of incoming invoices.
• Responsible to maintain the expenses under budget allocated.
• Other finance related duties as assigned.

I have graduated MCS (Databases) from Mohiuddin University, Pakistan, in 2003.Before that I have graduated MBA (Finance) from Gomal University, Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan in 2000.I qualified for B.Sc in Math’s, Statistics, and Economics from Punjab University, Pakistan in 1997.And I also did diploma in computer applications from University of Guildhall, Manchester, UK in 1997.
