Static equipment engineer

Installation, manufacture and repair Plant incloding steel structure,piping and static equipment such as (heat exchanger, Towers, pressure vessel, storage tank, heater and piping)

1-Ensure that all drawings, specifications, procedures, work practices,
contractors method statements, risk assessments, quality plans etc are
indexed, available and retrievable issues are being correctly worked to.
2- Provide all necessary technical information from the designers to ensure
that the works are executed in accordance with the drawings and
specifications.

3- Manage complete coordination between subcontractors
4- Supervise the performance of sub-contractors to ensure the respect of
work's standards,specifications,schedule and budget.
5- Site construction activity assistance as and when required.

6- Supervise and monitor various fabrication activities carried out on
workshop.
7- Plan and prepare scope of work for the special consulting laboratory and
surveying services to meet the quality control requirements of the
technical specifications.

7- Evaluate contractor's progress reports

8- Recording all as built information.
9- Assuring that the environment ,health & safety procedures and rules are
respected.
10- Inputs, updates and maintains CMMS system records of work performed,
in-progress, requisition, work orders completed and processes paper work
related to mechanical maintenance activites.
11- Review desigen of vessel according to ASME 8 div. 1
12- All fabrication of vessel meet U stamp rquirments and ISO certificate
and repair meet R stamp requirments.AS my workshop has U stamp R
stamp and ISO certficate
