Fabrication Engineer

In reliance industries I am working in structure fabrication shop (EOU).

1. Looking over the production on the shop floor.
2. Coordinating with Lead engineer about daily and weekly progress and to complete monthly given targets.
3. Coordinating with the sub contractors (MOU) regarding their production targets, requirements of the materials, availability of materials, & reconcilations.
4. Inspecting Beams, Column, Handrails, Ladder, Stingers Truss, Sub Assembly, Pre Assembly, MMA (Multi Member Assembly) as per given drawings (GA, Layouts, Marking plans, Cut sheets etc).
5. Working with section and British Sections & Indian sections such as ISMC, ISMB, UB, UC.
6. Coordinating with Quality people regarding quality of the welds.
7. Coordinating with Welding people regarding which type of electrode to be used, getting work done with only qualified workers as per procedure of Reliance.
8. Coordinating with Blasting and Painting people regarding daily requirements of sections and hand over to subcontractors
This is one of the growing ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified company manufacturing the automobile parts of the various vendors such as Elecon, Renault Agriculture, Claas India, Sonalika Tractor, Himson International, Idola Fori, etc.
In Ayushi Engineering I am working as an assistant production engineer In these company I am working with CNC,VMC, Lathes, Radial Drill machines for the production of the automobile parts & I have used various instruments such as vernier, micrometer, gauges, profile projector, 2D machine, jigs & Fixtures etc.
