Job Profile:

• Preparation of monthly safety statistical report and submission of it with all required detail.
• Submission of detail accident /incident investigation report to management / client and corrective action follow up
• Arranging various HSE training lke HSE induction ,H25-BA training, basic first aid, fire extingusher, permit to work, drivers skill, gas testing for concern emlpyees.
• Preparation of emergency evacuation plan & carrying out rehearsal to evalute the plan.
• Carrying out daily site safty inspection &Audits and recommending corrective action
• Carrying out Bi – weekly all plant ,equipment safety inspection at site & report deficiency to maintaining record of it .
• Weekly safty inpection of all Residence , Accommodation , mess hall , vegetable storage , clink & all office for health &Hygiene.
• Checking all lifting tools & tackles color code & third party inspection certifivation and maintaining record of it.
• Checking of multi gas detector & carrying out gas test for H2S , O2 ,Co and other explosive gas in gas gathering and well head area.
• Checking all safety measures during excavation , trenching , sand padding weding , radiography , coating , pipe loading , unloading , pipe transportation , back filling and other construction activity .
• Checking of all hand tools & power tolls at site & maintain electrical tolls checking records at site for defect and damages.
• Carrying out safety tool box meeting , weekly safety meeting , monthly safety meeting & participate in corporate safety meeting .
• Liasoning with client , consultant , sub contractor for all HSE related matter & Advising management for various HSE matter.
