„X Attending daily jobs allotted by the Field Supervisor like Alarm and Trip Checks and other instrument related jobs coming up every now and then called for by the Operations Department like check and calibrate the instruments for abnormal readings, field calibration of control valves, Check and service fire & gas and smoke detectors, etc. Procurement of work permits and canceling them once the job is completed, coordinating with the area control room operations and field operators while attending the jobs
„X Carries out the routine maintenance and servicing of instrumentation and associated systems. Includes checking, cleaning and testing instrumentation equipment, changing fuses and lamps on control panels, checking and calibration of various sensors, transmitters, control valves and recorders, etc
„X Assists in the testing, calibration and installation of repaired electrical/electronic and pneumatic instruments. Includes the Installation and operation of advanced testing equipment. Assists in minor trouble shooting and repairs replacement works for the Fire and Gas systems
„X Attends Safety training conducted at the plant site and listened to fire & Safety instructions and brought them in practice, also attended the jobs called for by the operations during start up and rectified the problems faced by them.
„X Extensive Work experience on CORIOLIS mass flow meter (yokogawa).
„X Dismantling, inspecting, servicing, trouble shooting, assembling, calibrating and passing testing of all types of control valves of esp. FISHER ROSEMOUNT, YOKOGAWA,ENDRESS HAUSER
„X Servicing, calibration and trouble shooting of field and panel instruments of Electronics, pneumatic and microprocessor based instrumentation.
„X Work experience in mounting, configuration, connections, and maintenance instrument equipment such as: valves ( Fischer,Endress Hauser ), transmitters for pressure, differential pressure, flow (yokogawa, Endress+Hauser),level(Yokogawa, Rosemont Honeywell), Solenoid valves, Servo valves, pressure switch, differential pressure switch, temperature switch, gas flame detectors and detection (F&G System).
„X Participated in startup of biofuel process plants
„X Keeps records; makes verbal and written reports of work performed
„X Makes reports and drawings through Microsoft office based software such as Microsoft VISIO and Microsoft word.
