seeking challenging position

I am seeking civil engineering and construction management family status job in the Middle East with a company that has reputation in executing large, complex, and challenging projects. I started my Civil Engineering and Construction Management career in 1989 immediatly after I finished college. Working for a general contractor (Turner Construction Co.) on a small size department store project (demolition of old buildings and constructing two new buildings) was my first job. I was the company's engineer on the project responsible for all paper work (purchase orders, change orders, submittals, filing, letters, monthly projected budget reports, attending meetings, etc.)
In 1992, I joined New York City Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Engineering Design and Construction. I am working on one of the largest infrastructure projects in the United States which is New York City Water Tunnel # 3 Project ($ 5 Billions dollars). The project is being constructed under different contracts. I worked at different capacities on 4 major projects ($26 Millions to $190 Millions). Detailed descriptions of the projects and my duties on them are included in my attached updated resume.

I do believe that my USA education and experience can be utilized in working in the Middle East on challenging projects with a company that has reputation in executing large and compex projects (infrastructure industry or Gas industry): Pre construction work, Earth work and excavation, mass concrete foundation, concrete foundation for gas tanks, pipe lines, rails, etc.
