1.0 PROJECT ENGINEERING

1.1 Basic Engineering
1.1.1 Preparation of load summary, selection of equipment ratings, selection of system layout, preparation of basic single line diagrams.

1.2 Detail Engineering
1.2.1 Preparation of bill of materials, gathering technical specifications etc for issue of enquiries for procurement of all materials.
1.2.2 Preparation of layout drawings for construction.
1.3 Procurement
1.3.1 Issue of enquiries for equipment / materials, recommendation for placement of purchase orders.
1.3.2 Approval stage wise inspection, testing of ordered equipment material
1.3.3 Inspection and storage of materials at stores project site. Acceptance /
Rejection reports of the materials.

1.4 Inspection
1.4.1 Inspection of all incoming materials in stores.

1.5 Construction
1.5.1 The job involved complete erection, commissioning and maintenance of the Spiral pipe mill, Hydrotestor machine, End Beveling machine, OFF LINE welding machine.
1.5.2 Utilities required in automation such as compressors, cooling towers, pumps, motors, air conditioners, power packs.

1.6 Maintenance
1.6.1 Preparing charts for manpower requirement, shifts schedules etc.
1.6.2 Inventory check-out
1.6.3 Maintaining / updating records / history cards / drawing / documents etc.
1.6.4 Preparation of maintenance schedules, manpower requirement, and shift schedule etc.
1.6.5 To enhance PM as per schedule plane.

Completed Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with First Class from Pimpri Chinchwad College of engineering Pune, PUNE UNIVERSITY, India.

Currently doing M.Tech(Production and Manufacturing) from Institute of Engineers, India.Graduate Member of institute of Engineers.
