HSSE, TRAINING, OPERATION

To Train staff at every stage, to look for HSSE related issues and make sure that staff are complying with standards and procedures. To Implement the three Golden Rules ( Comply, Intervine and Respect our Nighbours)

From 01-03-2003 up to date working with Shell Oman Marketing Company, Aviation Department at Seeb Airport as HSSE (health safety Security Environment) and Training focal point,

From 05-07-03 to 28-02-03 working as a Mechanic Helper with Al Hadidi Express Garage

I am a competence Trainer for all Shell Oman Marketing Aviation Staff, on other hand; I am acting as a Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) focal point for all Shell Oman sites (7sites). I am also one of Shell aviation Middle East South Africa (MESAF) compliance and safety team. Moreover, I am working side by side with Shell aviation International Auditor to audit the non-conformances on the sites and close them on time. Therefore, I use to work independently as a local auditor once a year for all sites.
As HSSE focal point for shell Oman aviation sites
I use to travel frequently to all the sites to ensure that staffs are complying with safety procedure. Each month I use to collect all the Near Miss and Potential incidents NM/Pi’s from the sites to meet our target in reporting the incident, then inter them in the global system and follow them up to close the open items. Once a year I travel to each site for updating HSE case for the particular site and update HRA (health Risk Assessment) too.
I act as a Facilitator for our HSE and Operation Meeting quarterly and the monthly safety meeting too.

Community Activates

During past Four years, Seeb & Salalah Airports use to conduct an airport safety week which usually high authority People (Minister, RAFO Commander, and RAFO officers). I represented Shell and conduct safety presentations for the whole week in Seeb and Salalah Airports yearly.
