ƒÃ At macro level: Coordination of Supplies and management of logistics and inventory.
Business Development on Reliance AutoLPG and as an Industry in India
ƒÃ At micro level following are the important functions:
ƒÃ Monitoring Daily Sales with Regional Heads.
ƒÃ Indent Placement with Suppliers.
ƒÃ Truck Tanker Placement for LPG loads with coordination with Logistics department at various locations for supply off-take.
ƒÃ Ascertain TT and product requirement on future roll out.
ƒÃ Price Maintenance for Suppliers and Retail customers.
ƒÃ Reconciliation of Stock and Ascertaining Reorder level.
ƒÃ Certification of Transportation Bill.
ƒÃ Arrange emergency and rescue supplies.
ƒÃ Maintain and update SAP formalities for ALPG.
ƒÃ Development of PNOC portal (Automation of Supply chain).
ƒÃ Review and resolving operational issues on monthly basis.
ƒÃ Trouble shooting on Product and stock accounting.
ƒÃ Stock Accounting related to transportation.
ƒÃ Training Terminal Asst. and Area Managers.
ƒÃ Identifying places and dealers for AutoLPG dispensing Stations.
ƒÃ Organising seminar on Auto LPG awareness and safety.
