Has over 28 years of extensive working experience in Project Management of Heavy Fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Boiler Pressure and Non-pressure Parts, Mechanical Equipment such as Conveyors(Screw, Bucket and Belt Types) and steel structurals; Erection/Welding/ Installation/ Commissioning of 18 MW and 50 MW CFB Coal/Gas Fired Power Plant, conduct of leak test like SFT/ Vacuum Box Testing, and Pneumatic/ Hydrostatic Testing, Blasting / Coating, implementing project delivery schedule using different control processes and procedures, coordinate and implement quality control procedures and Inspection and Test Plan involved in the field.
Had handled and completed several projects with ASME ‘U’ and ‘S’ and NBBPV ‘R’ Stamping and in compliance with ISO 9000:2000. Knowledge in preparation of work schedule and methods based on Project Execution Plan defining responsibilities of concerned participants, while implementing compliance to contract requirements, including safety, productivity, quality, schedule, health, sanitation and environment. Develop plan-of-action and strategy to cope-up with the delivery schedule.
Direct contractors in performing correct procedures and methods using familiarity with various International Standards like ASME Section I~IX and B Series, AWS, JIS, BS, API 598/620/650/1104, ASTM, AWWA, TEMA, NACE, ISO 9000:2000 and others.
Undergone Hands-on Management Training in Boiler Manufacturing in Babcock-Hitachi K.K. in Kure-shi, Hiroshima-ken, Japan and Formosa Group of companies in Kaohshiung, Taiwan, Training/Seminars for ISO 9000:2000 certification and participated in BHPI certificateion/ accreditation to ISO 9001:2000, ASME ‘U’ and ‘S’ Stamps, and NBBPV ‘R’ Stamp.
Had demonstrated ability to lead multiracial teams during overseas assignments working in Project Management Team as a project-in-charge.
Had proven ability to Manage and Supervise Construction Projects during various Field assignments in Design & Fabrication, Welding, Quality Control Inspection, Construction, Operation & Maintenance, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning, Solid Material Handling and Pipelines fabrication/installation with the application of standard engineering principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Prepare and conduct Technical Presentation during progress meetings.
