Details of professional experience:
-Incharge of Secured Landfill managing all waste treatment of location. Also, handling Jarofix disposal system. Managing successfully all visit of RPCB and PCB officials.
-At present, Operation Incharge of Leaching section. Directly reporting to SBU-Head of Leaching & Purification section.
-Worked as Shift In-charge (process) in newly built 170,000 TPA CLZS hydro project
-Led the Hydro-Leaching and Purification team towards the complete stabilization of the plant. Commissioned the plant in a short span of 14 months.
-Studying and analyzing the process parameters, taking necessary actions and monitoring trends
-Operation of rotary equipments like Pumps, Compressors, Agitators, Thickener rake mechanisms, rotary valves, Horizontal Belt Filters (HBF), Belt , chain and Screw conveyors., Filter presses and Vacuum filters
-Post commissioning modifications and de-bottlenecking of the plant based on logical thinking & engineering principles.
-Preparing daily, monthly and annual production report and reporting them to senior management
-Knowledge of P & I D diagrams. Working knowledge of SAP



Projects
-Working in six-sigma project as “Green Belt” to improve the recovery of plant thus saving INR 13 billion annually.
-Appreciated by management for giving & implementing innovative ideas saving more than INR 1 million.
-Implemented 5-S in plant in co-ordination with external consultant.
- PACT team leader to improve the plant maintenance and co-ordinating with maintenance team. Scope of project includes taking PMI of equipments, doing why-why analysis to find the causes of breakdown, studying other quality tools like TPM, six-sigma , Fish-bone diagrams , MTBF etc.
