Pieline construction supervisor

I would like to get a job abroad as pipeline construction supervisor / superintendent or civil works supervisor / superintendent.

From February to December 2006, Atlanti’c Ingénierie ( French engineering company ) : pipeline construction supervisor. I was responsible of the supervision of the obstacles crossing works ( crossing of roads, highways, rivers and railroads by conventional or trenchless methods ), of the concrete works and of the civil works related to the above ground installations.
LNG terminal of Fos Cavaou to St Martin de Crau project description : construction of a 27 km ( 17 US miles ) - DN 1050 ( 42” ) and DN 1200 ( 48” ) high pressure natural gas pipeline, in South - East France, for GRT Gaz ( transportation subsidiary of Gaz de France S.A. )

From April to November 2005, Atlanti’c Ingénierie : pipeline construction supervisor. I was mainly responsible of the supervision and the visual inspection of the welding works.
Project description : construction of a 18 km ( 11US miles ) - DN 500 ( 20” ) and a 13 km ( 8 US miles ) - DN 400 ( 16” ) high pressure natural gas pipelines, in North - West France, both for GRT Gaz .

From September 2004 to March 2005, SNI S.A. ( Belgian underground utility contractor ) : safety and quality advisor. I was responsible of the construction safety and the supervision of the welding works in a industrial gases pipelines construction project.
Carinox project description : construction of a DN 300 ( 12” ) Nitrogen and a DN 300 ( 12” ) Oxygen pipeline, including tie-ins and valves replacement and relocation, both in urban and industrial areas, for Air Liquide Belgium S.A.

From March to September 2001, TSFH S.A. ( Belgian boring and pipe jacking contractor ) :
Superintendent. I was responsible for the preparation, carrying out and closing of boring works
( non-man-entry diameters ). I was dismissed because of restructuration reasons.

From December 1995 to November 2000, Distrigaz S.A ( Belgian gas utility company - now Fluxys S.A. ) :
Construction supervisor and foreman in a pipelines rehabilitation project ( high and low pressure network ).
DMD project description : correction of insufficient pipe coverage (laying of mechanical protections, lowering pipeline sections or construction of new line sections); checking and reparation of defective welds and corroded zones; relocation of pipeline sections and replacement or relocation of valves.
