Gas Turbine(Solar, Ruston, Alstom,MHI,Siemens&GE):- Mojar overhualing and boroscopic inspection for gas producer, turbine hot path& inspection for combustion chamber& liner, burner, fuel nozzle,cross fire tubes, spring retainer, IGV,compressor rotor& bearing. IGV ram adjusting, external wheel casing repairing. Also overhualing in all auxiliary equipment such as bleed valves, blow off valves, fuel control valve, lube oil pump, starter motor(pneumatic type), assembly, alignment, startup& trouble shooting.
Centrifugal Compressor (Nuvopignone, Elliott, Hitachi, MHI, Dresser, Babcock-Borsig):- Multistages, split& barrel types. Work involved in repair& complete overhauling of compressor such as rotor assembly¢ering, bearings, mechnical seal, labyrinth seals, diaphragm. Maintaining periodic lubricating systems to the equipment, changing oil filter. Also involved in alignment, startup&trouble shooting.

Work involved in repair & complete overhauling of compressor such as replacing piston, piston&rider ring, liner, bearing, oil&gas packing, suction&dishcharge valve, crank shaft, etc. Maintaining periodie lubrication system to equipment. Also alignment, commissioning&trouble shooting.
Centrifugal Pump(Single&Multistages, Horizontal&Vertical, Split&Barrel Types):-Work involved in assembly and disassembly of the complete pump for the overhauling job like replacement of bearing,mechnical seal, oil seal, impeller, shaft, wear ring, rotor assembly¢ering. Also involved in alignment, ercetion, installation, commissioning&trouble shooting.
Reciprocating Pump(Single&Multistage, Plunger&Diafram Types):- Work involved in complete overhauling of the pump such as replacing plunger&piston, diafram, plunger packing, piston ring, bearing, crank shaft etc. Also alignment, commissipning, trouble shooting&periodic maintenance
Rotary Pump(Screw, Gear&Vane Types):- Work inovlved in complete overhauling, alingment, troble shooting&periodic maintenance.

Qualifications : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in the year 1993.
From the State Council of Engineering & Technical Education (Govt. of West Bengal, India) in First Class

Completed one year diploma in Rail Transport & Management in the year 1996 from Institute of Rail Transport, New Delhi and one year practical training in Kanchrapara workshop (Eastern Railway) as a Government of India trainee.
