12 Years of experience in Project management of Oil & Gas Projects.
Responsible for planning and scheduling the construction activity as per sequential and priority basis from site mobilization stage to handing over based on the total scope of work and project technical specification.
Manpower control and forecast, setup a total work force of different level capacities, distribute the duties and coordinate among various disciplines and monitor the workmanship, discipline, safety and lead the entire team to achieve the progress as per schedule.
Follow up, Coordination, Administration and the total management of site by building a cordial relationship, based on mutual confidence among the client, consultant, vendors, sub contractors and higher management.
Well versed in fabrication shop management, piping and pipeline erection, preparation of hydro test packages and hydro testing, Tie-in and Hot tapping, Sand blasting, Painting and Coating, NDT preparation and Documentation.
