Utilities Plant Operator or Mooring Master

A highly experienced and motivated specialist in the operation loading and discharging tanker vessels, with experience on plants that have developed: Organizational and co-coordinating skill; The ability to communicate at all levels.

Commissioning operations : pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up operations of utilities as air compressor Atlas Copco, nitrogen plant type SIAD with cold box and oil turbine Cryo star -France, demineralization water system Termokimik , cooling water, potable water system OMG, multistage flash desalination system Fantuzzi Reggiana , emergency diesel generator Edison, Waste water system , and waste heat recover boiler-combined cycle steam , crude oil storage and pumping system, oil, propane and butane metering systems, crude oil, propane and butane loading systems.
Operate activities for crude oil system (storage, pumping, metering, loading), propane (storage, pumping, metering, loading), butane (storage, pumping, metering, loading).
Jetty Superintendent for loading Crude Oil , Propane and Butane gas .

Position: Mooring Master , Logistics - department
Company and location: OIL Terminal, Constanta, Romania
Responsible/superintendent of vessel’s inspection, mooring ,loading position ,safety installation ,mono-buoy installation, shore loading installation ,tanks of the vessel for loading and issued the certificate of inspections for all this above and loading masters team in charge with loading/discharging and issued the documents, make the measurements and calculated cargo quantity, QA&QC of all sorts of crude oil, fuel oil, LNG and make all documents for Import-Export for each vessel, other petrochemical liquid operations in terminal, dealing with all correspondence between company and owners/shippers (state owned and private company).
