Position: Erection Coordinator
Basic Function: To provide technical service and coordination at site related matters to quality and safe erection of PEB Structural steel building. Coordination activities includes; Sales Office, Certified Builders and/or Agents as well as to the clients and their representative.
Organization Relationships:
Reports to: Area Sales Manager
Liaises with: Area Office Staff
Zamil Steel Certified Builders/ Other Erectors
Zamil Steel Distributor and/or Agents
Customers and/or their representatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide site technical service for Sales, Certified Builders and Others.
- Ensure that the project’s buildings are properly erected in accordance with Zamil Steel drawings and to an acceptable standard of quality.
- Attend site meeting to resolve queries related to erection of Zamil Steel buildings.
- Prepare building erection schedule.
- Investigate engineering and fabrication errors after receipt of materials at jobsite and develop a joint rectification plan.
- Prepares Periodic Erection Report, Final Inspection Report and Site Claim Report.
