Project involves construction and commissioning of two mega LNG processing trains, NGL processing facility and related utility units. CTJV is EPC Contractor for this project and has 10 Subcontractors. Being Sr. Safety Officer my responsibilities are to implement HSE Developments & Upkeep of the safety management system. Set target for performance & achieve the goal. Gather reports & analyze HSE data with feed back of performance. Prepare & direct emergency exercise & action feed back. Investigate Incidents and recommend actions to be implemented to avoid repentance of such events. Regular site inspections, identification, correction and reporting of non-conformances and maintaining records for HSE statistics, Auditing of Subcontractor’s safety procedures and plans against site condition
Being HSE Training Officer the major responsibility is to provide HSE mandatory and job specific training to site workers, supervisors and managers. Trainings include but are not limited to; Site Induction, H2S / B.A, Confined Space, Heat Stress Prevention, PMC, Hazard Identification / control, permit to work etc. Supervision and auditing the Subcontractor’s training program. Maintaining up to date records of all trainings in an auditable format

Academic Qualification : Graduation (Equivalent to Graduation)
Technical Qualification : Diploma in Marine Electronics

Professional
• Diploma in Fire Fighting and Industrial Safety
• Fundamental Safety Training (Conducted By RasGas).

Other experiences
• Hand on experience in quality system management ISO 9001 : 2000
• Technically expert in Windows 2000 and XP, MS Office.
• Knowledge in Corporate internal Mail like application Lotus notes & Portal Applications
• Technically expert in computer knowledge in Windows, and MS Office Programs
