Field Associate: Find out the location as per given points by using detecting tools, area assessment, Assist to find out the real owners / possessors with close coordination with Government Officials, dealing with land owners and convince them for acquiring their lands for company purposes, Assist to arrange for the payment of compensation to the affectees, troubleshooting the problems create by land owners / affectees (if any), keep close contact with stakeholders (especially Government & Local Notables), being a part of department and close coordination with CD dept: I was involved in sharing of area study, projects proposals, plan sharing, implementation, budgets, sustainability etc.
Office Associate: Manages all accounts and record, Assist in preparation of department budget i.e. CAPEX – OPEX – Annual Budgets etc, Assist in preparation of road maps, preparation of land statement / compensation record (collectively/individually), prepare documents / correspondence of individual cases, keep record & coordinate day to day departmental activities, Keep the management update with progress and issues and prepare reports, arrange the domestic & international travel in coordination with Admin Officer, keep contact with internal departments for required information and updates etc.
