Drillig / Workover , Company man /engineer

PETROLEUM ENGINEER: during 14 years experience Drilling, Completions, Workover. Multinational organizations and oil independents investors. Responsible for execution at well site. Also, experience positions in the design, planning.

Experience in both at the offices and well site locations, with multicultural personnel and readily adapt to different cultures. Working at world class oil wells operations with BP projects Cusiana & Cupiagua oil fields located in South America drilling campaign. Also join the initial workover team.

By the other scale of the operations; working for an small Oil & Gas operator as P.E. initially preparing well interventions, productions enhancement on Gigante Field, then leader of drilling project of exploratory prospect well Campo Rico-1, with strong focus in cost optimization, over the planning and logistics topics. The results have been seen a technical success with discovery a new oil field with planned budget.

Managerial duties responsibilities with OMIMEX LTD; at the position of “Drilling Coordinator” for 4 active drilling rigs, and drilling Campaign over Jazmin and Velazquez oil fields. Shallower wells planed through directional drilling strategy in cluster system (7 – 8 wells from a same surface location). Successfully results with 54 wells drilled in one year with operational optimizations.

Expatriate petroleum engineer for a Canadian company “DUBLIN International Petroleum (Syria) Limited”, on Syrian Arab Republic. The job duties working through rotation schedule of 28 / 28 days as Well Services superintendent for Oudeh oil field.

During all my related experiences, supporting technical management with commercial division through the Operational contract group to assure award of contracts on value and assure the validity and efficiency of contracts, and consistency in handling contracting process.

Develops and recommends specifications for drilling / workover operations and associated services and in the selection of contractors and consultants.

Carried out other similar or related duties such as ensuring effective introduction of new technology; preparing periodic and special reports, ensuring compliance with safety regulations; initiating personnel actions covering recruitment of new employees; conducting daily coordination meetings with other departments and deputizing for the Drilling/OPS Manager position
