Actively support Health, Environment, and Safety processes by accomplishing daily activities within applicable regulations and policies, carrying out duties in an environmentally conscious manner, following safe operating practices, maintaining a safe working environment, and being prepared to respond to an environmental or safety event
Perform duties as detailed below
Working in 800 Nm3 / hr ASU plant, Production of Nitrogen gas, supply to PARCO through 10 inch
And 3 inch dia pipe lines. The plant is operated through PLC control system.
• Monitoring and logging all machines during shift
• Record keeping, Monitoring computer control system
• Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain process and utility systems
Assure all work performed adheres to BOC Operational Excellent standards and regulatory requirement

• All machines data collection, Maintenance record, Planed Maintenance
• Purification.
• CO2, Water and some hydrocarbons removed in WEM. Regeneration Process
• Compression.
• Suction air and Nitrogen pressure increased through (Kaeser, Ingersol-Rand) compressors.
• Distillation.
• Nitrogen separation from air, rich liquid for regeneration.
• Refrigeration.
• Cooling the air to dew point, Process requirement.
• Cooling Tower
• Water treatment, chemical dosing for proper machine cooling.
• Hydrocarbon test (Acetylene % In Liquid Oxygen)
• Checking purity of Liquid nitrogen O2 Analyzer (Teledyne)
• Monitoring and issuing work permit system
• Demonstrated commitment to safe, incident free operations (IFO)
• During plant shut down and any break down I perform all maintenance jobs.
• Liquid Nitrogen unloading ( tanker to storage tank)
• Transfer Liquid Nitrogen to other tanks.
• Normal and emergency shutdown of Micro LN plant
• Ensure safe working conditions at all the times for every one in plant.
• Safety Representative.
