Job Title: Certified Welding Inspector

Job description:

1-monitor welder performance and conduct visual inspection of welds and repairs welds in accordance with company procedures and international codes of practice .

2- assist with the quality control (QC) activities that are necessary to ensure weld items will meet specified requirement.

3-performing dimension inspection for steel structure / pipe work and pressure vessel.

4-performs the NDT services as specified by line manager at the clients worksites "on shore ¡Voff shore " cover static equipment such as process pressure vessels , heaters, heat exchangers, structural component ,etc

5- performs work in full compliance with sites safety regulation

Familiar with GTAW,SMAW,GMAW,AND SAW welding process , knowledge of heat treatment requirement and implementation.

Job title : QA/QC Engineer

Job description :

1. Preparation/ monitoring & qualification of WPS/ PQR
2. Coordination with TPI for welder qualification
3. Carry out weld audits,
4. Consumable selection, estimation & control
5. Coordination with clients for procedure approval.
