Professional Experience
• Extensive experience of pressure testing including Riser Pipe work, Process pipe work drilling packages and nitrogen / helium testing leak/umbilical.
• Fabrication of a variety of pipework ranging from ¼“ to heavy fabrication of 54” CS materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, super duplex and kuinfer
• Accurate & efficient interpretation of drawings including isometrics P & IDs and GAs
• Creation of work pack clearly demonstrating the scope of work to be completed
• Complication of test packs and supporting documentation for hydrostatic and nitrogen leak testing
• Ability to work on offshore installations, fabrication yards, onshore reception facilities and petrochemical plants in the UK and overseas
• Completion of hydrostatic testing in climates ranging from -30° to +50°
