1. Performs daily and routine monitoring , start up, shutdown and commissioning of equipments and emergency response, which includes the followings.

1. To process crude and produces onspecs. product such as LPG/naptha/kero/diesel/bottom. 2. To store loading and unload from ship and truck.

• Classroom training of process fundamentals, flow and equipment
• Commissioning of storage tanks, piping and equipments after mechanical and maintenance job completion which includes inspections, pressure and leak testing.
• Preparations of storage tanks, equipments and piping for mechanicals work, maintenance and cleaning. ¡V includes decommissioning emptying out, isolations, blinding gas freeing, gas testing, permit issuance, work monitoring, reinstating and commissioning.
• Terminal / product jetty facility operations which includes loading and unloading of products. (hose and loading arm)
• Pig launcer / receiver facility and pigging operations. Receiving of product from plants before loading and pigging back of product to terminal after loading and unloading of vessels.
• Conducted training for new hires on process and equipments.
• Performed punchlisting, inspections, precommissioning, commissioning and start up.
• Conducts monthly refresher training for shift, daily safety talks and weekly safety audit.
• Cost leadership and effectiveness.
• WDS :
o To plan and supervise a team of Technician and Loading master of Terminal so as to ensure all activities at the Terminal/jetty are operated in a smooth and safe manner according to operating and safety procedure.
o To carry out the loading/unloading activities from/to vessel & truck
o To liaise with Pilot, authority, Surveyor for inbound/outbound of products from/to vessel
o To report all shift activities to the Shift Superintendent at the end of the shift.
o To coordinate with Jetty Loading Master and Technician during shipment.
o Training for Technician during shift hours.
• Involved in HAZOP / PHA / FMEA
• Training fire fighting at TSTC
• 12 hours shift work.
