JOB TITLE:
Quality engineer (Quality control& Supplier Quality-receiving inspection )
Job Description:
1. Receiving incoming goods
2. Contact person with suppliers (responsible for supplier quality)
3. Make qualifications for the new suppliers and new components.
4. Evaluation of the present suppliers
5. Analysis of the assembly lines returns (rejections).
6. Measure the performance of the assembly line production using computerized system with data acquisition card and Lab view software.
7. Participate in the Engineering project team (cross functional team) for introducing a new models.

This robot is an example of a computerized mechatronic (electrical & mechanical) system. the robot system consists of :
1- A full mechanical structure suitable for an autonomous mobile robot.
2- A full control system combined with artificial intelligence techniques for machine vision and smooth motion using Matlab.
3- An integrated stereo vision system for target tracking.
4- A full interface system represented in an ADDA card wired with the interfacing circuits which are connected to sensors.
5- A human – robot interface which allows for giving orders to the robots by natural human voice (natural language processing).
