- Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution; involving finalization of technical specifications, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, erection, installation & commissioning, site management and manpower planning.
- Handling the erection and commissioning of equipment, followed by plant trial runs meeting targeted performance/ quality & quantity parameters and thereafter handing over of the plant.
- Formulating project monitoring schedule on a regular basis.
