ESTIMATING
Responsibility on job task:-
-Receive Owner’s proposal of vessel for quotation relevant with general service and Owner’s repair.
-Approval Form to GM / YM to fill and propose the vessel project
-Read and estimate Material Usage / Material Take Off (MTO) base on Owner’s drawing such as Hull (Structure), Piping and Electrical.
-Make and prepare quotation for Owner vessel.
-Make and prepare preliminary prime cost.
-Make and prepare Major Work.
-Receive and put confidential correspondences letter to document in according with ISO 9001.

With involved the project that have been carried out, as follows:-
-UB. Bayan (PT. Baruna Raya Logistics, Jakarta, Indonesia)
-Bollard Pull Test - 100 Metric Tons “Nor Sun” (Ex. Hull 854, Jaya Shipbuilding & Engineering Pte Ltd, Singapore)
-CNC-Cutting & Bevelling Of 120mm thk. (PT. Perkasa Melati Shipyard, Batam, Indonesia)

BILLING
Responsibility on job task:-
-Hear and follow on kick off meeting to held by Owner’s Representative.
-Inspect initiatively to the Owner’s vessel to suit with job order and additional job order.
-Control and verify report of Production Dept to suit with the invoice.
-Make and prepare invoice upon completion repair job.
-Make and prepare summary the invoice.
-Make and prepare synopsis from the invoice.
-Logistics Dept. to give a actual material usage cost report to us for the cost analysis.
-Subcontractor officer of Commercial Dept. to give a actual subcontractor cost report to us for the cost analysis.
-Cost Control officer of Commercial Dept. to give a actual manpower cost report to us for the cost analysis.
-Make and prepare expenses and contribution profit in cost analysis.
-Billing Checking Form to fill and verify with the invoice and the synopsis.

-Discuss and negotiate regarding the payment
