Pressure Vessel Engineer at ENPPI (from 8/1999 till now)
Responsible for the following:
•Participation in the preparation of proposals for new projects, including study project philosophy, scope and client requirements. Prepare budget pricing for equipment, man-hours estimate, general project specifications and detailed work program.
•Collaborating in developing and documenting the project scope, budget and overall schedule. Anticipating in the potential problem areas, analyzing and recommending resolutions or corrective actions.
•Issue & modify Enppi standard specification or client specifications accommodating equipment design requirements.
•Issue a material requisition for vessel item including data sheets, specifications, quality control plan and required document data sheet.
•Review offers submitted by vendor and issue bid evaluation report.
•Issue technical questionnaire of offers.
•Attending pre-award meetings, clarification meetings and kick-off meetings with bidders, suppliers and customer.
•Review design calculations, fabrication drawings received from vendor.
•Preparing or directing the preparation of progress or special report to Enppi management and client as assigned.
Projects
1-Ugd, Portsaid Ngl Process Plant
Perform the Basic and detailed engineering activities for twenty vessels. And participation in performing the detailed design for two towers; one of them is U2-Stamped.
2-Bapetco, Detailed Engineering For Pre Compression Project.(based on Shell’s deps)
Participating " KBR Aberdeen " in their main office at Aberdeen, Scotland for one month in abroad mission, for performing the detailed engineering review.
3-E-Lab project.(based on UOP’s specifications)
Participating "GS Engineering & Construction" in their main office at Seoul, capital of South Korea for two months in abroad mission, for performing the detailed engineering review with "GS Engineering & Construction" in their main office at Seoul for two months.
4- Aramco, Safaniyah water disposal upgrade, Saudi Arabia.
Perform all basic engineering and detailed engineering activities for static equipment.
5- Petrobel, El Gamil Plant, Production Increase Project.(based on ENI’s specifications)
Participating " Nuovo Pignone " in their main office at Florence, Italy for two months in abroad mission, for performing the detailed engineering review.
