Working up to now in BADR PETROLEUM COMPANY partner with SHELL ( BED-1 oil production & gas processing plant )
Job description:
Prepare scope of work for all static and dynamic equipment maintenance contracts.
maintain all static and dynamic equipments planed jobs or trouble shooting
Review and comment on the mechanical aspects of all engineering projects undertaken in assigned field including preparation of statement of requirements , reviewing scope of work, technical specification ,tender document and detailed engineering design packages
Provide advice to operation on maintenance issues.
Ensure all activities are carried out in safe, timely efficient and cost effective manner to maximize plant availability to meet production/injection/export targets.
Coordinate with the work planning personnel on timely updating of related equipment
Assess suitability of new equipment / technology and witness their trials.
Initiating procurement of supplies and ensuring availability of economical stock level , directing and participate in the completion of competent plant and equipment maintenance data for review and analysis to establish reliability , ensure availability of equipment , investigate and prevent frequent problems.
Raise /review plant modification and coordinate with operations and engineering personal to ensure acceptance and timely implementation of related projec
Worked in Power Well Services (part of the Expro group) from (1/7/2006) to (1/7/2007).
Job Descripstion:
Rigging up and down of (STE) surface testing equipments on work locations offshore for the purpose of providing services during the production phase of well .
Good knowledge of STE operation & services and concentrates on shop operations with limited exposure to well site operations.
Know STE operations to include but not limited to:
(1) Performing cleaning ,operation testing and pressure testing on equipments during pre-job procedures.
(2) Preparing and packaging ancillary equipments to be used for the job.
(3) Performing pre-post job equipments inspection.
(4) Performing and completing preventative maintenance procedures on equipments.
(5) Perform wellhead sampling using SHAKE OUT machine and chemical testing (chloride, weight of fluids, (BS&W) Basics Sediment in Water, API gravity and Gas gravity.
