Participated in project work with Delta Petroleum Corporation (8 months) and with Rosetta Resources (4 months) and worked as customer support representative.

As a consultant, coordinated business process implementation, daily production manager by verifying data entry and allocation for all production fields, designed data import processes, verified delivery system setups, and assisted with deployment of data capture equipment. Designed customized documentation and conducted training sessions. Redesigned delivery system setups to streamline computer processes which improved from 12 hours to 1 hour. Conducted weekly team meetings with individuals from different locations. My responsibilities also consisted of: providing weekly status reports to Rosetta Southern Division Manager and Petris Project Manager, coordinating the writing of multiple SQL reports, writing an ad-hoc report, and documenting mutliple processes within Rosetta’s business environment.

As a customer support representative, participated in troubleshooting software and technical issues submitted by clients.
