Preparing and reviewing Quality Control Plan, Inspection & Test Plan, Welding, Coating, Painting, Non destructive / destructive testing and Construction procedures and maintaining Inspection & Test Plans, Quality Systems, Non-Conformance work variation systems, anomalies and punch-list.
Inspection and supervising of new construction and maintenance on: process piping, pipelines, pressure vessels, Tanks and various platform structures including extensive experience in conducting Welding Procedure Qualification Test and Production Weld, Welder Qualification Testing, fabrication, welding, coating and painting inspections.

Implement the inspection program, assess the condition of topsides pressure equipment, above water structures and pressure piping components in accordance with Risk Based Inspection (RBI) manuals. Evaluate the consequences of failure and degradation mechanisms associated with the asset. Develop long-term asset inspection program and implement within the maintenance management system (SAP). Manage the asset anomaly register and inspection deferral process. Publish and maintain the long-term inspection plan for associated pipework, pipeline components, vessels and structures. Plan all inspection activities within the maintenance management system (SAP) and RBI output. Manage the input of inspection results into the Inspection Data and review for accuracy and completeness before uploaded to Ultra Pipe program. Ensure the anomaly register is current and plans in place to resolve all anomalies. Prepare integrity reviews following by inspections. Supervise implementing NDT contractor for both scheduled interval inspection and maintenance and also Corrosion Monitoring. Establish calculation for pressure piping and pressure vessels retirement thickness. Estimate useful life of equipment in assist in establishing schedule for repairs, replacement and/or inspection. Working knowledge on relevant engineering & construction codes and standards, such as ASME/ANSI, AWS, API and MIGAS as Indonesian regulation.
