Daily duties would include: Sourcing the best possible price for the requested material and preparing a quotation to submit to the Client. Upon a successful offer, I would prepare the Purchase orders and send to the relevant supplier. Once the material had been received and checked by warehouse personnel, I would then handle the necessary delivery arrangements, whether it was by Air, Sea or Truck.

Progress purchase orders, liasing with the Freight Forwarder to advise which materials were duty paid or whether they could remain IPR goods.
