Drilling Well Costing
·Well Cost Tracking and Analysis
Tracking and monitoring daily estimated well cost (DDR). Review well cost and to ensure expenditure within approved Authorities for Expenditure (AFE) budget.
Analyze over expenditure with justification. Raise necessary adjustment for coding error entries to ensure accuracy on cost allocated to wells.
·AFE Status Report
Assist in Authorities for Expenditure (AFE) preparation. Processing of AFE form to ensure completeness and accuracy in amount prior submission to Finance department and follow up for approval.
Maintaining AFE status report for close monitoring as to expenditure trends.
·AFE Vs Daily Drilling Report Vs Ogsys Financial Report
Preparing of cost variance report for comparison of actual expenditure against AFE and Rig estimated cost. Work with Drilling Superintendant and Engineer on cost review after completion.
·MONTHLY COST FORECAST
Forecasting following months drilling expenditure in line with drilling program.
Financial Costing
·Work in Program & Budget
Preparing annual budget workings in relation to Management annual budget (WP&B). Compiling well cost forecast prepared by the Drilling Engineers as supporting for the department budget.
Preparing department budget slides and organization chart for shareholder presentation in Power Point.
·Monthly Management Report
Updating monthly Cost / Expenditure forecast on Drilling program changes for Monthly Management Review
·Monthly well cost accrual
Compute of monthly well cost accrual and general cost allocation for financial month end closing.
·Fuel Allocation Worksheet
Compiling information from warehouse on Fuel received, chargeout and compute fuel allocation for financial month end closing.
·Stock Take
Attend annual stock take at Kemamam Supply Base. Advise warehouse personnel on cost allocation and accounting issue.
Contract Costing
·ACV Report
Monitoring cost against contract value to ensure sufficient contract value for expenditure. Incorporate 3 months forecasted expenditure for earlier contract value requisition.
·Additional ACV
Compute additional contract value requirement and work with Procurement on justification with cost analysis on busted ACV.
·Cost Book
Preparing and updating cost book from contract price list for department and AFE preparation reference.
