Conversant with Power distribution , Generating plant equipment , Machine control Installation namely DOL starters, Star Delta starters, Soft Starters, Variable frequency drives ,Programming Logic Controller (Simatic-S7-300)and star-up of high production equipment, Trouble shooting.
Electrical works in the Factory with experience in Cement factory, Red Brick factory& Refinery comprising of motors, Pumps and drives for various applications .Control Instrument Installation, Operation & Maintenance.
Conversant with Switchgears, transformers, PLS, Visual Basics with special training PLC in Simatic S7 (Siemens Ltd.).
Conversant with Pumps Motors and Scada System.
Conversant with Quality control Procedures and ISO procedures.
Conversant with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Windows 95/98/2000 and Vista .
Conversant with Basic & Detailed Engineering, process design, projects execution, product commissioning, technology transfer using modern simulation. Software and plant modifications.
Conversant with PID control using standard function block
Conversant with Testing of field I / O wiring.
To build a carrier as E & I Engineer & assist the growth of Organization. I am now looking to build on my extensive range of technical skills within a suitably challenging role. I am keen to achieve further upgrading of QGEWC approval.
