• Lead responsible engineer for Factory acceptance test of ethylene plant DCS with 120 panels @ 5500 tags for control & shutdown system.
• Lead responsible engineer Factory acceptance test of ethylene plant Analyzer with 5 shelters and @ 56 different analyzers.
• Introduced the concept of DCS Open system connectivity with Ethernet LAN for Ethylene plant DCS.
• Performance & testing of Ethylene plant - PSA unit skid with ALLEN BRADLEY 5/60 PLC System.
• Worked as lead engineer of Bulk -procurement instrumentation phase-II. This included various bulk instrument items bid analysis, resolving technical queries of procurement for Gas Cracker, EO-EG and IOP plants of GPC IPCL Phase-II.

PT 213 trip problem, Degassing drum level, Sump temperature, PSV
