Job Responsibilities:
- Project/Production planning and co-ordination, mechanical, design, QC inspection, NDT examination and Mechanical test.
- Generating a project schedule to ensure the product is complete and delivered to the client’s requirements.
- Ensuring the project budget is adhered to and prepares project planning and management.
- Selection and approval of suitable equipment, the qualification appropriate personnel and involve in any post delivery activities.

- 2004 – 2006: PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM & PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities:
- Control production based on daily schedule.
- Control process of production based on operation standard.
- Ensure all jigs and equipments are in good condition.
- Do countermeasure and corrective action due to customer complaint.
- Train subordinates, review and appraise.

- Plan & execute preventive maintenance program, facilities engineering projects and optimize factory layouts for efficiency material & work flows.
- Calculate the engineering budget and provide the better resources for equipments and services.
- Execute & coordinate new product start-up, pilot run & implementation (Schedulling, Line Set-up, Operation Standard, Standard Time, Bill of Material, Jig Design, Hardware & Software of Tester).

1. Good knowledge and experience in Production, Project Planning and Control and Quality.
2. Have capability to perform fabrication inspection quality by refer to fabrication codes (AWS, ASME, API, ABS, SSPC).
3. Can read Fabrication Drawing and Piping Isometric drawing for fabrication and P& ID drawing for piping installation.
4. Good knowledge in Safety procedure for daily operation and have experience as member of safety committee.
5. High level in analytical skill to increase production and productivity, include having experiences to implement Six Sigma Concept for Improvement.
6. Good in interpreting technical drawing (GD&T) and operating mechanical equipment.
7. Capable to operate Microsoft Office application.
8. Familiar work with ORACLE and WDS (ERP Software Application).
9. Familiar with ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 14001 procedure.
10. Capable to operate Software of Planning and Scheduling Management and Quality Control; QS, POM, TORA, QC, Minitab, Primavera.
