I’m a highly experienced and motivated specialist in the operation of Petrochemical plants(iso propel benzene plant and phenol plant) ,gas plant and Gas Oil Separation Plant with extensive experience on plants in Romania and Libya. As Production Superintendent and Production Supervisor, I had the responsibility for meeting Department objectives related to product production, quality, personnel matters, and interpretation of company policy. This includes continuous improvement of department efficiencies, and development of individuals within the organization.
Also I had Supervisory duties and responsibilities include: a) Responsible for performance management and development of direct reports including written performance appraisals; b) Administers company policies and procedures in the Manufacturing Department; c) Ensures compliance with QSR's and ISO, safety policies, and good housekeeping; d) Responsible for initial training of new employees and on-going training of subordinates to ensure quality of work, QSR's and ISO, and other regulatory compliance; e) Promotes Total Quality Management, and emphasizes an environment to foster teamwork; and f) Effective staffing of organization, including hires and dismissal of employees when needed.
