I have more than 33 years of experience in
Oil& Gas Refinery & Fertilisers(AMMONIA PLANNT).

Following are my work experience details:
1.Iso Octane Company:
Production of UNLEADED GASOLINE consisting of Naphtha Fractionation, Naphtha Hydro treating, Platformer, Isomerization Units.

Involved from the Pre-commissioning stage of the plant, handling Induced and Natural Draft Furnaces, Centrifugal and Reciprocating Compressors, Fractionation columns.

2.Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd:
Involved in Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of HYDROGEN PLANT(Kinetic Technologies International) AND DIESEL HYDROTREATER (IFP,FRANCE)UNIT. Worked with Steam Naphtha Reformer, Shift converter, Stripper, Amine Absorber, Pressure swing adsorbers, Balance draft furnaces, Centrifugal and Reciprocating compressors.

3.Kyrgyz Oil Company, Kyrgyztan:
Worked in the Crude Distillation unit and Gas Condensate Treatment unit as a DCS Operator.

Worked with Desalters, Heaters, Stabilizers, Distillation columns, Diesel purification unit, Compressors, Blowers etc.

4.Coromandal Fertilizers Ltd, Visakhapatnam, India:
Joined as a Trainee Operator in 1974 later on after working in different levels in 1996 promoted to Sr.Engineer Shift Operations.

During my tenure in the above organization, I was conversant with the following operations/units.

Steam-Naphtha Reformer, High & low Temperature shift Converters, Furnaces, Reciprocating Compressors (11KV, 7000hp), various types of pumps, Cooling Tower and treatment, Steam Turbines, Refrigeration, Absorber, stripper, Methanator, Desulphurisers and having experience in loading and unloading various types of Catalysts.

Training & Certifications.

Received training in PARAFFIN ISOMERISATION, PLATFORMER Operations by UOP Technologies.U.S.A.
Recipient of certificate of UOP-Graduate from UOP Technologies USA.
Received training in FOXBORO I/A Series DCS Operations.
Recipient of certificate from Foxboro for completion of training conducted by them.
Received training in Advanced Fire Fighting Techniques from G.T.S.L. Abu Dhabi and Ports Authority.
