Employed as Welding Engineer& Senior Welding Inspector engaged on STEP (Sangachal Terminal Expansion Project) for AIOC(Operated by BP).
Project completed, ACG (Azeri-Chirag-Gunesli) on-shore oil processing& pumping terminal Phase-I,II& III projects (374 Million $), BTC (Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan), SCP and AZPETROL pipeline and BP Shah Deniz Gas Export Project on-shore gas processing& compressing terminal Phase-I and SOCAR gas pipeline (168 Million $).
Duties included, supervising NDE (UT, MT, PT, PMI and Ferrite Content Check Test), PWHT and Welding inspectors; conducting and witnessing WQT& PQR test; monitoring weekly weld repair statistics& welder performance; handling of NCR&CAR; performing internal audits; monitoring customer complaints reports; preparation of final mark-up drawings& document dossier and final acceptance, certification& signing of completed works.

Employed as QA/QC Engineer& Welding Inspector responsibilities included supervising and organizing of Welding Inspectors, NDE Inspectors& Operators, fabrication& NDE works and calibration of equipments; interpretation of weld drawing and weld symbols for conforming correctness and deciding NDE methods; carry out welding& quality inspection; raw material and consumable audit; monitoring and preparing weekly repair statistics& performance record; and general office documentation such as preparation of procedures, risk assessment& method statements.

 Expert skills in working common welding/cutting processes like SMAW, GTAW, GMAW/ FCAW, SAW, Stud& Resistance Spot Welding, Oxyfuel Gas Welding/Cutting, Carbon Arc Gouging, Plasma Arc Cutting, Laser Cutting and other cold cutting processes with their ancillaries, components and consumables for welding of CS, LTCS, Stainless, Duplex, Super Duplex Stainless, Cr-Mo and Cr-Mn steels and their welding consumables.
 Well qualified in international codes and standards. Specifically ISO 9000, DIN, EN, ASME& API Monogram.
 Good knowledge of IT/PC literate. Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint& Outlook), AutoCAD, UNIX, Windows (2000, NT, XP) & Internet Applications (Html, ftp, gopher).
