2. Participating in functional and discipline networks associated with process modification
3. Providing technical review and recommendation for peers
4. Identification of process improvement needs and deployment of accepted best engineering practices.

Worked as a Production Engineer in PMB &Co, (Vacuum distillation unit). Main responsibilities involves
1. Supervision of operating staff and streamlining the production.
2. Involved in daily log monitoring, production planning and reporting.
3. Monitoring of critical process parameters for efficient operation.
4. Effective coordination with service department for maintenance and developmental activities.
5. Troubleshooting the operational difficulties effectively with proper analysis tools.

Obtained M.Tech (Petroleum Refining and Petrochemicals) from A.C.College of Technology, Anna University with a CGPA of 7.631 in June 2005. In 2002, graduated B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) from Dr.Navalar Neduchezhiyan College of Engineering, University of Madras with 72.5%.Passed out Diploma in Chemical Technology from Erode Institute of Chemical Technology, Dept of Technical Education with 74.7% in March 1999. At Schaffter Higher Secondary School, Tirunelveli completed SSLC with 87.2% in April 1996

Completed a certificate course in Process Modeling and Simulation using ASPEN HYSYS with main focus in Gas gathering, Oil Characterisation, Distillation Column design and Pre heating train of Crude
