Monitoring material deliveries against ROS (Requested On Site) dates, identifying potential shortages and ensuring that corrective action is taken by the relevant department.
Preparing and monitoring all NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) & OSD (Overage Shortage Damage Reports) and ensuring that replacement materials are supplied or corrective action taken as necessary.
Providing Materials Management input to sub-contracts as required.
Preparing status reports as required by Project Management.
Developing system to bag and tag items for work packs as per offshore requirements.
Working to contract KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and participate in achieving KPI’s targets as set by the Department.
Understanding the Health & Safety Responsibilities are adhered to and understood.
Raising the relevant issue documentation for the requested material and ensuring that the material is issued in a timely manner to suit the fabrication schedule.
Checking the stock surplus materials list with MTO (materials take off) balance material requirement after free issue comparison.
Monitor that delivered materials and equipment are in compliance with documentation POs, Reqs, FIM (Purchase Orders, Requisitions and Free Issued Materials) at the warehouse and their further delivery to sites.
Identify the materials and development of MTO (Materials Take Off) on the basis of drawings.
Development of manifest for warehouse to deliver materials to offshore.
Maintaining close contacts with FTLs (Field Team Leaders) on the platforms.
Maintaining close contacts with BP/AIOC offshore logistic coordinator and booking place for materials on the vessel.
Maintaining status registry of Pos and Reqs.(Purchase Orders, Requisitions)
Developing status reports of delivered and outstanding materials for different departments as requested.
Keeping freight forwarding reports for management.
Checking NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) & OSD (Overage Shortage Damage Reports) for POs and Reqs.
