My qualifications include:
Several years of experience in a wide variety of fields including traffic, transportation and highway engineering. And Academic background in highway, traffic, transportation and railways. as a assistant lecture in University, fluent in Arabic and very good in English. I have been awarded the degree of Master of traffic engineering “An Experiment to Investigate Saturation Flows at Traffic Signal Junctions” Also, I have searched for two years in PhD with “Estimation of O-D matrices from link volumes” but I left it in 1996 without finishing.

Accomplished, Leadership capabilities, ability to learn quickly, considerable experience in projects in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, with an international planning consulting firm like Halcrow Fox & Associates (England), Jica (Japan), Transplan (Cairo), and zfp (ksa). Also, with large public commission as ministry of transportation and Ain shams university (Cairo/ Egypt) and High Committee for The development of Makkah/ Saudi Arabia.
I have full knowledge of American traffic counters, traffic and transportation software tools like :(HCS2000, aaSIDRA, emme2,and EMME/3 beta), American code (AASHTO), Geometric Design Standards for Canadian roads, or Saudi and Egyptian Codes for highway design.and I have Computer Skills in Microsoft Office: Word , Excel and PowerPoint.
And Additional, I have experience as structural engineer, Example of works: residential building, factories, cements silos, raw meal Silos, tanks, pools and retaining walls ,and all types of foundation isolated, combined ….
Well acquainted with American, Britain and Egyptian codes for reinforced concrete design. I have full knowledge of Structural analysis software tools (SAP2000 and Safe)

FROM 1981 TO 1996, I WORKED AT A UNIVERSITY AS A RESEARCHER. I ALSO WORKED AS JUNIOR AND SENIOR ENGINEER FOR MANY CONSULTANT ENGINEERING OFFICES, WHICH ARE OWNED BY MY PROFESSORS IN UNIVERSITY AND OTHERS.I WORKED IN TWO FIELDS: FIRST DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF TRAFFIC, TRANSPORTION, AND HIGHWAY ENGINEERING, SECOND DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF REINFORCEMENT CONCRETE, FOUNDATIONS, AND STEEL STRUCTURS.
I USED TO WORK AS TEACHER IN UNIVERSITY FOR TWO DAYS PER WEEK, AND THE OTHER DAYS OF THE WEEK AS ENGINEER IN OFFICES WITH MININUM 120 HOURS PER MONTH.
