Part of due diligence process to purchase farm-in-stake in Offshore Natural Gas block. Technical aspects of Exploration & Production being handled.

Part of due diligence process resulting in acquiring of City Gas Distribution company.

Conceived, Designed and implemented the CNG distribution Network at Ahmedabad in Gujarat.
Negotiated and signed Natural Gas purchase Agreement for CNG network at Ahmedabad in Gujarat.

Development of business plan, demand assessment, price elasticity for marketing of Natural Gas in Cauvery basin.

Instrumental in formation of two Joint Ventures for city gas distribution in the state of Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.

Visited Bangladesh for exploring & study of CNG business opportunities & developed feasibility of setting up CNG infrastructure in Bangladesh

Involved in due diligence for purchase of equity stake in LNG terminal in India.

Part of feasibility study of setting up of LNG terminal at west or south cost of the country and associated cross country pipelines with each project worth Rs 8000 to 10,000 crores.

Part of Pilot projects on LCNG and Hydrogen taken up by HPCL.

Developed Auto LPG business line of HPCL - Setting up of 70 Auto LPG Dispensing Stations in various parts of the country, marketing and sales of Auto LPG

Developed Auto LPG Engineering Manual covering construction, maintenance & operational aspects of Auto LPG Dispensing Stations.

Marketing activities involved development of Auto LPG Conversion Kit Manufactureres / Suppliers, Advertising of Auto LPG, Studies on Target Group for marketing of Auto LPG

Executed LPG Projects as Project Manager for LPG Mounded storage Facility at Srinagar(J&K). Also executed Projects for Construction of Grass Root LPG Plants at Loni (UP) & Capacity Augmentation of LPG Plants at Madurai, Patna & Unnao.

Executed Projects related to Augmentation of plant facilities in line with OISD guidelines and Extension of LPG railway siding and gantry.

Responsible for Maintenance of 44 TMTPA LPG Bottling Plant , Obtaining various statuary approvals for the plant, Controlling production & distribution of LPG Cylinders.

From October ‘91 to June 96:
Operations Officer, Mahul LPG Plant

Responsible for Distribution of Bulk LPG to upcountry locations, Coordination with ONGC and HPCL Refinery for receipt Bulk LPG.
